Beautiful Budwig (Raw)

After soaking 24 hours 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 cup raw buckwheat groats (gluten free)
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
1 Tablespoon ground flaxseeds
splash of apple or pear juice or water
1/2 ripe banana
Sliced fruit such as orange, red grapes, pear, pineapple or fresh mango.
Directions:
Soak buckwheat groats overnight in water.
Drain and rinse well.
Using a hand held blender or a regular blender, add buckwheat groats, cinnamon, flaxseeds, banana, juice or water and blend to desired consistency adding liquid as required.
Place 1/2 in bowl and top with sliced fruit. Also makes a great snack.
