Ingredients:
2 cans organic black beans, drained
15 cherry tomatoes
1 red pepper, diced
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1-2 Teaspoons ground cumin seeds
1/2 avocado, diced
Directions:
Mix ingredients together in a bowl and chill for several hours.
