Favourite Protein Shake

Ingredients: 

Protein Powder

1 cup water

1 cup wild blueberries

1/2 small banana

2 Tablespoons flaxseeds or Chia seeds

1 Tablespoon flaxseed oil or organic coconut oil

 

 

Post-work out shake omit oils and flax or chia seeds.

Directions: 

Blend and drink immediately.
