Pineapple Braised Chicken Breasts

Time To Prepare: 
20 minutes
Ingredients: 

2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced

1-2 cups pineapple chunks

1 clove garlic, mashed and chopped

1 tsp ghee

Directions: 

Preheat oven to 350. Puree pineapple chuncks. Rub chicken breasts with ghee and garlic. Place in roasting pan with pureed pineapple. Bake covered for 45 minutes. Serve with freshly steamed carrot slices.
